Yes. To secure your project's place on my schedule and initiate work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. The remaining 50% balance is due upon your final approval and prior to the delivery of final, watermark free files or public launch of your project.

Yes. A simple contract or agreement will be provided for all projects. This document clearly outlines the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for mutual understanding and protection.
All standard projects include two (2) rounds of revisions. A "round" signifies a consolidated list of all your feedback, which I will then implement. Additional revisions beyond these included rounds will be subject to an hourly rate of $40/hr or a flat fee, depending on the complexity of the changes.
My standard pricing includes the delivery of final, high-resolution files suitable for their intended use (e.g., MP4 for videos, PNG/SVG for logos, MP3/WAV for voiceovers, completed website). Raw, layered, working project files are not included.
Should a project be cancelled by the client during production, the initial 50% deposit will be retained to compensate for work already performed and time allocated.
